Vålerenga Fotball drew 1-1 against Lyn in the Oslo derby on Tuesday. Matilde Lundorf played the ball straight into the legs of Nora Håheim after just 20 seconds, and Lyn took the lead.
What happened?
Vålerenga started with several key players on the bench, including Olaug Tvedten and Karina Sævik. Both came on at halftime, and towards the end, Tvedten lobbed in the equalizing goal. She is the top scorer this season with her 13 goals.

Brann had good control away against Glimt and won 3-0 after goals from Karoline Haugland and Monica Isaksen (two). Leif Gunnar Smerud debuted as Brann coach and took over the top spot. Vålerenga is now in second place, one point behind Brann.

Vålerenga plays their next match against Åsane on Direktesport. Rosenborg crushed LSK Kvinner 5-0 at home on Tuesday, and Hønefoss beat bottom-of-the-table Kolbotn 2-0. Most teams in the Toppserien played their first league matches since June 19 on Tuesday.
